Green House Party Area

The Green House is located directly next door to the Cove. It takes up the entire first floor of a beautifully remodeled home with hardwood floors, large windows, and 3 bathrooms. There is a $ 200 rental fee to use the space for your event. In addition to the house itself, the fee covers tables, chairs, linens, plates, and utensils, as well as a busser to help with your event from set-up to breakdown.

A discounted rental fee is available for weekday business meetings and group events. Please contact catering planner for details.

Capacity for sit down dinner 50 ppl., for cocktail party 65 ppl.

The Garden Area

This outdoor party area is located behind the Green House next to the Cove garden and playground. The $100 rental fee for this covered space includes linens, plates and utensils. There are heaters for cold weather and fans for hotter days. The Garden Area can be rented out alone for smaller events or in conjunction with the Green House for large parties.

Seating for 75 ppl.

Fireplace Area

The Fireplace Area is located outside of the Cove bar, next to the garden. There is a $100 rental fee for the space which includes linens, plates, and utensils. As the name implies, there is a working fireplace in the space as well as propane heaters for when the weather gets cold. The space is also equipped with ceiling fans for the warmer months.
